1970's Can-Am Style Race Car

Here is my 1970's Can-Am style race car creation.

For a bit of what is Can-Am and the importance of the cars, here's a little bit of history.

Can-Am is a racing series that took place on racetracks across Canada and the United States in the late 60's and through the 80's. The series created some of the most insane race cars and technology that the world has ever seen. Lightweight materials, aerodynamics, spoilers, wings, and faster lap times. The tech used then is seen in race cars today.

You can have your own historical race car for your LEGO car collection. A bit about the detail of this model.

The 10 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch race car has plenty of detail that will keep your interest. Details such as mirrors, interior, vents, headlights, tail lights, dual wings, and so many curves you think it's not made of LEGO. Removable engine cover reveals the high power V8 engine and large displacement exhaust pipes.

The model has over 470 pieces and measures 10 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches. It goes great with the 10248 Ferrari F40 set!

Come and support my set and own one of the most beautiful race cars in history.
