This is a little fan boat. It may look small, but it has a powerful motor. It has a rotating blade and working controls. It also has a fuel holder.
The first fan boat was invented in the early 1900's by a group of men lead by Dr. Alexander Graham Bell (also known for inventing the telephone) in Novia Scotia, Canada. It was first called the "Ugly Duckling".
This Air Boat has one mini-figure and one scope. It also has forty-six pieces. I would range it to cost about $3-$10 or a promotional giveaway.
