Based on the series Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated, this set includes five builds that make up parts of Crystal Cove: City Hall, Fruitmeir's, Sheriff Stone's police car, Crybaby Clown's hot rod, and the entrance sign for Crystal Cove. City Hall contains three floors. The main level contains the entrance, staircase, and meeting room. The basement features the record storage and Mystery Inc's office. The top level contains the hallway and the mayor's office. Fruitmeir's contains a detailed interior with the service desk and seating for six. Sheriff Stone's car contains room for three minifigures, with one fitting in the back. Crybaby Clown's hot rod has room for him to sit, along with a posable cannon that contains a stud-shooter.
Twelve minifigures are included: Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy, Scooby, Angie Dinkley, Sheriff Stone, Mayor Nettles, Franklin Fruitmeir, Crybaby Clown, Nightfright, and the Slime Mutant. The last three also include alternate head pieces for Baylor Hotner, Argus Fentonpoof, and Professor Emmanuel Raffalo.
In total, this set contains 2,690 pieces.
