Omori: Neighbor's Room and White Space

Meow? (Waiting for something to happen?)

Omori is an independently developed video game released in December of 2020 which explores many interesting and deep subjects while still maintaining its own unique charm and sense of humor. Because Omori has such distinctly beautiful locations with vibrant colors, I thought that the game would make for a very fun LEGO set. I chose to adapt some of the first locations in the game, being White Space, Neighbor's Room, and Mari's picnic basket. The three builds contain many little details and references to the game which will be fun to spot for fans of the game, as well as some deceptively complex building techniques.

This project was designed on Stud.io 2.0 and consists of 1324 pieces. It also contains six minifigures depicting some of the most important characters in the game, being Omori, Basil, Kel, Aubrey, Hero, and Mari. All prints in this project were designed on Microsoft PowerPoint (though I hope it wasn't obvious that this was the case). The model is also surprisingly complex, with many fun techniques used to capture the foliage, cat, stairs, and more present in the build.

Because of this project's incredibly unique and eccentric appearance, even regular fans of LEGO will find this to be an interesting build for both display and play alike! I would greatly appreciate your support so that this project has a shot at becoming an actual set on store shelves. Much love!
