It is a house above the sea, two floors and one basement that leads to a small port with a boat for fishing.
The first floor contains the hall and the living room with a huge balcony almost all around the house, a basement that contains a lot of tools for fishing and stuff. The second floor is made of wood containing the kitchen, the bedroom, the bathroom and stairs that lead to the attic. The two floors connect with a huge staircase and so does the whole house with the ground.
On the roof, there's a huge table for the fests and a door that connects the roof with the attic. Near the house on the ground, there's a tree. The house is standing on huge columns above the water. I believe it is something unique because I haven't seen houses above the sea built in LEGO yet.
