I'm of the opinion that the best sets are those you can continue to use and play with after building them, so I thought I'd do something with lots of movable parts and gadgets to enjoy. 193 parts total.
It's this playability that should make for a great set, something to really get the imagination running, especially if you're a fan of steampunk!
