this i an idea for the lego super heroes sets "Arkham jail". this set comes with 8 minifigs (batman, joker, catwoman, madhatter, ridler poison ivy, gaurd and dog)!
and has six jail cells to hold villans and comes with plants for poison ivy's cell.
also think there should be a narow tower for the villans things a break room for gaurds and a computer room (for files on the bad guys ) and at the top the bat signal!
