This build was based on an episode from Mr. Bean, Where Mr. Bean goes to a Black Friday sale, and buys a chair, that can't fit into his car, so he straps it to the top, with him on it, and drives home, steering with a mop. The set also includes a Mr. Bean Minifigure.
