This model displays four of the iconic characters from the popular adventure platformer game series, Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove, by Yacht Games. The model features four posable action figures and a display section for each, as well as two conjoining sections, so that when all four figures are displayed together it forms a complete background.
Each figure has nine points of movement (not including fingers) to allow a significant range of motion and play. Additionally each knight comes with their own weapon which they can wield in a variety of methods using the built-in hand clips.
The diorama measures 8.4 inches tall 7.6 inches deep and 26 inches wide.
Specter Knight (Far left): Specter Knight is a grim calculating phantom who wields a massive scythe, and spends a good amount of time plotting in his crumbling red carpeted fortress. His figure primarily features an awesome dark red hood and tattered cape.
Shovel Knight (Middle Left): Shovel Knight, the series' titular character, is iconic for his bright blue and gold trimmed armor as well as his trusty shovel blade. The model features an overall complex yet smooth design.
Black Knight (Middle Right): The Black Knight is Shovel Knight's antithesis, as shown by his similar design and darker color scheme. Although the Black Knight model is very similar to the Shovel Knight model, I felt his inclusion was necessary because you simply can't do without Shovel Knight's greatest adversary (or at least the Black Knight thinks he is).
King Knight (Far Right): King Knight is an imposing figure who loves to spend his free time roaming his luxurious castle and playing his favorite card game, Joustus. The King Knight figure's main features are his eye-catching crown/helmet and sweeping red and white fur cape. To capture the cape's flowing fabric design I utilized a "LEGO Fabric" technique that I first saw used by LEGO model builders Moto and Paras, during the second season of LEGO Masters US.
