LEGO Rainforest Frogs

As many of you may know last year I submmited my very first Lego Ideas project: RAINFOREST FROGS

submited in the late summer of 2023 and reached the 10K goal in a very short time in November 2023, which as far as I know makes it one of the fastest growing projects for an unknown rookie builder in the platform and its all thanks to your work and support, THANKS!!

After this success, I have made several other projects which have not seen the same results as this cute little animals, but I keep trying! :D And since many of you have encouraged me to keep this project alive and to resubmit it, I have no other option but to follow my dear frog maniacs desires! So here I am! And I need your help more than ever if we want to have this LEGO set be official, I will be paying attention of all your comments and I will be incorporating ALL most voted feedbacks/ideas related to the concept.

In this couple of weeks I have done some small changes into the model, remade some structures, added sprouts on the leafs, some mushrooms and insects to make it more vivid and fresh. BUT this is just the beginning, I want to make ALL OF YOU part of this. So be encouraged to impress all your suggestions on the comments!

By now I will posting the original renders of the original model, but I will replace and add new ones as the project grows!

Hi! My name is Mario, a spanish student who loves nature, exploring the jungle and the search for adventure and cool animals around the world and I wanted to share with you my passion for wildlife and nature, and my favorite part of my childhood hobby: LEGO

I´ve made 3 different frog models and a 6 total frog designs of species that I considered the most representatives of Costa Rica´s enormous biodiversity, I wanted to make them as authentic as possible not only as indiviual animals, but also how they look together as a LEGO creation. I will introduce you these six fascinating creatures:

Why I believe this would be a great set?

Costa Rica is an example on how we humans can do a positive impact in the ecosystem, preserve its natural balance and beauty, with this LEGO set I wanted to pay tribute to the conservation effort made in Costa Rica, and to enhance its impact among the LEGO community and people. I do believe that LEGO is a powerful way to share this beauty with all the people in the world, and since its promoting the use of recycled plastics in order to produce future sets.
