Flatbed Truck With Trailer

Thanks for looking at my build.

As you can see, this is a flatbed truck towing a trailer with a tractor on it. This was a lot of fun to build. If you’ve seen my profile before, you can probably tell that I like to build trucks. I have been building lego trucks since I was little. It’s kind of my specialty when it comes to legos.

For a while now I’ve been wanting to build another truck, but I didn’t want to build just a truck. I wanted to make a truck doing something. That’s why I built the trailer with the tractor. 

The truck itself is built using my signature style. If you look at the pictures, you can see the dual rear wheels, the front shocks, the off road bumper, the traction bars, the dual exhaust pipes, and many more little details. You may also notice that the flatbed and a lot of the general hardware on the truck is chrome. I love the mix of chrome and dark blue and thought this would give the truck a classy look. Under the hood of the truck is an inline six diesel engine which is based on the 5.9 Cummins engine.

Moving on to the trailer, I built it mostly out of metallic silver to make it look like aluminum. Overall it’s a pretty simple trailer. I made it simple so it wouldn’t draw attention away from the truck. On the trailer is a tractor. If it looks familiar, it may be because of the fact that it is a modified version of the tractor that goes with the Old Barn I posted a little while ago.
