A new ride has opened, only for the brave!
The Miner's Maniac is a Free Fall Ride, the theme is an old gold mine where the 'steam-driven' engine runs the mining elevator. The only problem is that the pressure is not stable. Now and then the pressure is lost and the elevator gets out of control and falls free towards the ground. But before the elevator hits the ground the pressure returns, and everyone is safe.
After this nerve thrilling experience you have to calm down by searching for 'gold' in the stream next to the mine. There are rumours a visitor found a nugget as large as a fist. You can also have some popcorn from the red popcorn cart.
The Theme Park is expanding!
They have bought more land and have started building new attractions. You can see the yellow construction vehicles working in one of the pictures. I wonder what they are constructing?

I have always enjoyed the magic of theme parks and loved the different rides. Now I have combined this pleasure with my passion of LEGO construction in a project.
I have used microscale to reduce the number of bricks needed, and to have a greater challenge in the designing process. It is fun to build different rides with just a small amount of bricks.
All the sets are constructed on 16x16 base plates which you can snap together to create a large Theme Park. The base plates can easily be parted again and reshuffled to create a new park.
Up until now I have built Bumper Cars, an Octopus Ride, a Merry-Go-Round, a Viking Ship, a Dino Explorer Ride, a River Splash Ride, an Observation Tower, a Flying Carpet Ride, a Miner's Maniac Free Fall Ride, and a Roller Coaster. Now I'm working on a Ghost House. All the designs will be posted here on the community.
I have added a picture with ten Theme Park units put together, so you can see an example of a Theme Park. All ten parts have now been posted here so feel free to support them all, and maybe there will be a surprise posted here later on...
