About the Model - The model is a black and white police car 3 inches long, 1.5 inches wide, and 1.75 inches tall. The set also comes with a police officer.
Why I built it - Okay! It's my second submission, and I had no idea what to build. So, I was flipping through a Lego book, and that's when I saw it: the 1978 Police Car. What better to build than a commemoration design for the first set to come with a minifig? I really tried to make it look retro without copying it exactly, and I like how it turned out.
Why it would make a great Lego set - I think it would make a cool Lego set because everyone loved the 1978 Police Car, so it should be reasonable that they will love the one commemorating it 42 years later. Plus, the police officer is really awesome, and in my version he can actually ride in the car.
