This is my version of a typical american breakfast restaurant. This is not modelled after a specific IHOP restaurant, but I tried to incorporate some typical features. As European these big parking lots on the outskirts of cities with all the fast food restaurants kinda always been the hubs of my roadtrips. So I wanted to build a place like this for a LEGO city.
The model is built on 64 x 80 studs of baseplates. So it has a depth of two modular buildings (with pavements on both sides, so you can perfectly add this between your modular city streets. The width of 80 studs is 2,5 modular buildings. I tried to fit it in 64 studs as well, but thought it didn't look as good as with this proportions.
The IHOP model consists of 2899 parts.
You have some parking lots in the front and two phone booths in the back.
The interior constists of a bunch of boothes, reception with waiting area, kitchen, toilet and a counter with a few barstools.
