This three-toed gymnast is getting ready for the Sloth Olympics! Inspired by a wooden childhood toy (a frog), I wanted to make my own playable version out of Lego, adding a twist with a cheerful version of my favorite animal.
While sloths generally move slow enough to grow moss on their fur, this one is building up muscle to move fast. With enough Technic for durability, this sloth can flip forwards or backwards around the suspended bar. Its legs swing playfully after each flip, as you can see in the video below.
At only 250 pieces, this would make an affordable, fun Lego set the whole family can play with!
