This is a CLOTHES SHOP.
It is a fictional company with the brand UP.
On the first floor, they sell clothes.
On the second floor, they are making clothes.
On the third floor there is a mobile base station and a greenhouse.
When I rotated the head of the Friends minifigure 180 degrees and attached headgear, it looked like a mannequin, so I made a clothes shop.
This is probably the first time that the City minifigure and Friends minifigure have been combined in a LEGO work.
