I was inspired to build the popular Diner which is the favourite hangout of Archie, Betty, Veronica and Jughead in the Archie Comics. Archie and his friends would always meet up at Pop’s for their favourite milkshakes, burgers and fries, and they will usually sit at one of the booth seats. The Shoppe is owned by Pop Tate, and it is open 24 hours a day.
I have always been a fan of Archie comics and I love the retro vibes of a Diner, which made me decide to build Pop’s Chock’lit Shoppe.
This LEGO creation is designed to be a playable build as the back and ceiling of the diner is open, and it features a pinball machine and a vintage 1950s Jukebox as well. And this set can be displayed as a show-piece at home, and you can add existing LEGO vintage cars at the shopfront, and many more Archie Comics characters into the Diner.
