Homeworld Kushan "Arrow" Scout

The idea for this model I have from a computer game named Homeworld. This battleship is the smallest and fastest in the Kushan fleet. The color is original like in the game.

Set includes:

• The model of a Homeworld Kushan "Arrow" Scout spaceship
• The stand with sign for the spaceship
• (Additionally) electric system for light up the power unit you will need: 1x 8878; 1x 45517; 1x 8871; 2x/3x 8870 (as bright as you like your power unit)

Other data (ship with stand):

• 704 bricks
• 17.1 cm width
• 31.4 cm length
• 12.2 cm height

Explaning the parts of the ship:

This is the cockpit as you can easily recognize. It is somewhat bullish and it have to - thats a lot of armor to save the pilot.

The cooling system next to the cockpit was a bit tricky because it is build on two levels on the neck of the ship where the ship is very thin. It's just like the original ;)

The weapon system consists on a twin projectile gun and occupies a large part of the ship. Actually, the ship should have no weappons as a scout but who knows what to expect in space? So the engineers have installed weapons.

This is the fuel tank. The fuel is unknown ...

This is the life support system behind the cockpit. This module is needed to keep the pilot alive in a deadly environment.

This is the sensor system and it is really big in relation to the ship size but it is needed for a big scouting range. The main power is derived here.

This lights on top of the ship are possitioning lights - it's just like the original ;)

This is the driving force. On top is the cooling system for it. The driving force supplies all systems, specially the power unit, the sensor system and the weapon system.

This is the main power unit to get the ship through the space. The power unit can be light up with the additinal electric parts and it shines in the color of the ship.

These three black bricks are the docking facilities to get a save docking on other bigger ships - it's just like the original ;)

This is the connecting point with the stand to get the electric on borad. The electric is coverd from the stand (just a small cable) and is separated from the model. So you can lift your model every time without big cable problems or even dismantle the model.

This is how it looks like if it's coupled with the stand. To get the power unit light up you need additionally the following Lego parts: 1x 8878; 1x 45517; 1x 8871; 2x/3x 8870 (as bright as you like your light)
