I started building this set because I wanted to make a model similar to one in my neighborhood. After many different buildings, I settled on this one. Much like LEGO's own, this offers many different styles and areas for creativity. With two levels, a rooftop garden, and various features, this is sure to be a great set! There is a TV room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a great kitchen setup! Going downstairs, we find many tables that can be combined, separated, and rotated, and a state of the art kitchen with room for more appliances, and a heating lamp for waiting food. Comes with 4 minifigs, A non Muppets swedish chef, two tenant/customers, and a waiter/owner, as well as swappable roadside ads. I hope you support my set!
