Lego toys are the world of firefighters, police and more recently the jungle or mining exploration; but so far, the City range has never looked into a subject that affects us all everyday: electricity and electrical connection.

Who ever wanted to understand how electricity came to his house?
Employee of Enedis (the company manages the public electricity distribution network for 95% of continental France.) I wanted to achieve a range of fun for young and old to know and learn the connection activities while having fun.

The range consists of a bucket truck equipped with a telescopic arm that allows the child to hang the wires on the electric pole. He can also dig a trench between the transformer substation and the house to bring electricity to the electrical box! Finally he can install in the house the electric meter for it receives electricity!

An agent explains the operation of the new meter to the client. Her cat wonders what the agent does in the electrical box.

The project includes about 800 parts and five characters (four agents responsible for connecting the house and a mother). I hope it will please children, Lego fans and fans of EDF and Enedis :)

Les jouets Lego c’est l’univers des pompiers, des policiers et plus récemment de la jungle ou de l’exploration minier ; mais jusqu’à présent, jamais la gamme City ne s’est penchée sur un sujet qui nous touche tous au quotidien : l’électricité et le raccordement électrique.

Qui n’a jamais souhaité comprendre comment l’électricité arrivait jusqu’à chez lui ?
Salarié d’Enedis (l’entreprise gère le réseau d'électricité en France quel que soit le fournisseur) j’ai souhaité réaliser une gamme ludique permettant aux petits comme aux grands de connaitre et apprendre les activités du raccordement tout en s’amusant.

La gamme est composée d’un camion nacelle équipé d’un bras télescopique qui permet à l’enfant d’accrocher les fils sur le poteau électrique.
Celui-ci pourra également creuser une tranchée entre le poste électrique de transformation et la maison pour y apporter l’électricité jusqu’au coffret électrique !
Enfin il pourra installer dans la maison le compteur électrique pour que celle-ci reçoive l’électricité !

Un agent explique le fonctionnement du nouveau compteur à la cliente. Son chat se demande bien ce que fait l’agent dans le coffret électrique.

Le projet comprend environ 800 pièces et cinq personnages (quatre agents chargés de raccorder la maison et une mère de famille).
J’espère qu’il plaira aux enfants, aux fans de Lego et aussi fans d’EDF et Enedis :)
