This is an old modular building, where your male minifigure can buy herself some nice handmade clothes. On the first floor are there a tailor store, complete whit a disk, 4 mannequin and a fitting room.
On the second floor are there the tailors apartment, whit a kitchen, a bed, a dining table and a computer.
