Snooker Table

This 6:1 scale replica of a full-size snooker table is a must for all avid snooker fans out there.

Complete with the full complement of balls, two cues, a rest, a spider, chalk and a triangle, this set will look good on any snooker enthusiast's shelf. It even has picture hooks so that it can be displayed on the wall.

The structure of this design uses technic plates on the underside of the table to ensure rigidity across the product, and also giving freedom to add key design elements. The composition of the red ball arrangement also uses technic parts to ensure a tidier finish.

I have employed the use of SNOT (Studs Not On Top) techniques to assemble much of this build. Everything below the table can be considered "upside down", whereas everything on top of the table is the "right way up", while the side panels are built sideways.

Whilst reducing the playability of the set, each ball is fixed in place. This is to allow this set to be displayed more easily and reduce the risk of losing parts.
