What is it?
This is a rocket launch mission control center. From inside the center, the two workers can control the launch preparations and keep an eye on the rocket once it blasts off. This model has 160 pieces.
Why did you build it?
I built it because I like the LEGO Space theme. I also realized that there are plenty of sets about space shuttles and what takes place in outer space, but not many about mission control centers here on Earth. Also, I wanted to build a smaller sized set that focused on a rocket instead of a larger one that focused on a shuttle.
Why do you believe this would make a great LEGO set?
LEGO Space already has quite the fan base. Plus, I think plenty of fans would enjoy blasting off a rocket from this mission control center.
