Scooby-Doo Unmasking of the Phantom

This LEGO design is for people who like Scooby-Doo stories, but also for people who find the concept of unmasking funny or metaphorical. This set depicts the scene from the third episode of the first season of Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!
The story is set in the abandoned Vázquez Castle in Spooky Island, where the gang crashed their boat after they were lost in the fog on boating excursion. When they go to the castle to seek help, they meet a transparent phantom who tells them to leave the island immediately and never return. During the episode, the gang encounters many mysterious elements like a magician's hat, a talking skull, or floating ham sandwitch. After the gang investigates this mystery, they find out that the phantom is, in reality, the ex-magician Bluestone the Great. He was on the island because he was searching for the treasure of the evil pirate Vázquez. He used magic tricks to keep people away from the island. For mimicking floating, he was using wires and for walking through walls he used trick mirrors and projector. In the end, Scooby tries to find the treasure, but he only finds a gopher.
The unmasking scene became iconic among large number of people, perhaps because unmasking can be used as a metaphor for revealing people's real intentions behind the "mask". Everyone who likes Scooby-Doo or finds the concept appealing should have this set displayed on the wall.
