Today I bring you an almost to scale, life-size model violin! This model includes turnable tuning pegs, strings, and a bow to go along with it! The model is hollow inside just like an actual violin, with a soundpost and bridge to top it all off.
My reasoning for building this is because I myself play the violin and own 3 of them and a cello and 2 pianos. And after seeing pictures online recently of a life-size FUNCTIONAL cello made entirely of legos, I was utterly amazed. The other reason I wanted to build this was to hopefully add another musical instrument set to go along with the new Grand Piano set that was recently released.
I feel like this would make a great display piece, hang it on a wall or put it on a shelf, whether you're a musician or you just support the arts.
