Students of high academic achievement have been granted access to stay at this cozy dormitory during their post-secondary studies. The main floor of each unit includes a kitchen with a dining spot for two. A winding staircase takes the occupant(s) up to a room which includes beds and a night table. There are also mock work stations for homework assignments and the students can work in groups of two.
