This submarine is a copy of the boss you face in the penguin boat level in the first Batman video game. The set has harpoons, spotlights, and an umbrella on top to finish it off.
There are two hatches on the side that flip out and flick missles appear. I do not have orange tanks so I used yellow. It would be a shame to lose all of you supporters so I added a lego Penguin minifigure also.
