The wild duck (or Mallard) is a common sight in many places around the world.
A green head and a white collar around the neck make the male wild ducks instantly recognisable.
Because of its detailled design and its natural colorful appearance, the model works really well as a display set.
But there is much more to it than that:
The model is fully motorized making the duck "come alive".
The duck is able to walk and open/close its beak.

A Power Functions L motor controls the feet and enables the duck to walk. The walking motion is a duck's characteristic waddling.
For the opening and closing of the beak, a Power Functions M motor is used.
