As such, this is not an actual idea, but a miniature reconstruction of a well-known bridge and watchtower in the town of Moret-sur-Loing, located in the north of France. For practical reasons, only half a bridge and only half a restaurant are included in the model.
The restaurant is on two floors with a full kitchen in the basement and the actual restaurant at street level. There is also a small chamber at the top up under the roof. The restaurant is visited by a young couple. An old wife and a rider on horseback crossing the bridge.
The bridge is built using semicircular arches and dates from the twelve-hundredth century. Which also applies to the watchtower.
Building technology:
SNOT technique has been used for the gables of the restaurant. The bridge and foundations are built as units with which they can be put together in several different ways using Lego Teknik pins.
There are used 2900 elements.
Note:
Of special things, there are two secret and hidden entrances to each part of the basement and where "scary things" are found => Easter egg (i.e. a skeleton). There are used two Lego City Road plates 16 x 16 and one Lego City Road plates 8 x 16 on the bridge.
LDD:
The images are created in LDD, Lego Digital Designer, with the highest possible quality settings and with the highest possible resolution. All new tampon print decorations are created in Microsoft PowerPoint and adapted to LDD standard size.
