The city-side shopping center is an iconic representative of a New York block. Each window has a garden box attached to it. The front has a bench and a plant box. It also has a tree and a lamp. On the top includes a great garden. The first floor is the main part and is the café. It is a pastry café. The second floor is more like a café with croissants on the kitchen counter and tables. This is also a café. The third floor has a house with a living room, bedroom, and a mini bathroom. The living room in this house also has a vintage television. This is modeled with 926 total pieces. The last floor is the garden and has an AC circuit and a dish. The thing I think why it would be a good Lego set is that it is designed with extreme detail. The brick design on the left took forever to build.
