Introducing building under renovation.
It fits to other Lego Creator 3 in 1 small modular buildings (31036,31050,31026) and with my last two projects:

Model is made form 743 pcs it can be opened or closed.
Ground floor from the inside and outside is already renovated.
On the first floor work is still in progress. To protect furniture on this level, they were covered with sheets.
After closing the building only one side is visible, renewed or during renovation.
