This is a motorized model of an oil pump set in a desert environment.
The model is roughly in minifig scale and is driven by PF M motor.
A couple of years ago i saw a similar MOC posted in rebrickable.
It was hand driven by a crank and i thought it would be neat, if it was motorized and had the motor and battery box integrated into the model.
So i built this contraption, a Nodding Donkey.
It has 45cm in length, 20cm in width and 20cm in height.
I managed to hide the motor underneath the platform and the batttery box inside the shipping container, which gives the model a realistic look.
Overall i think it's a nice diorama style model and cool to look at.
