Moon Main Street

My design is a concept of what I imagine a futuristic Main Street commercial building to look like once the moon is colonized. If function is no longer an issue, the architectural design of structures in the distant future would allow for more form and style over function.

The main floor of the building contains two sections featuring a rover dealership, and a restaurant/diner. From there, the occupants may climb up to the second story which features an office and a library, both of which are connected via an enclosed sky bridge. The third floor contains two separate sections of studio apartment which mirror each other. The apartments have windows where the opacity of each panel can be altered depending on the privacy preferences of the occupant.

I built this model because I enjoy experimenting with different building styles, and I love the modular building series of LEGO. I think this set would really appeal mostly to those who like the space themes, as well as the modular sets.
