Greenwood District

Greenwood District (Black Wall Street) was a promising and thriving community in the 1900s. This community had a strong distribution of wealth among its middle and upper classes. It embodied economic strength and ownership. Representation is important, and this would be a great LEGO set because it enforces inclusivity and perception. Children are impressionable, and this set would reinforce positive views of themselves and what they can achieve in society through ownership. Greenwood was about hard-working individuals who came together and circulated dollars within their community. I believe this set would be a conversation starter for the next generation about how one can change a community by working together.
