Finding Nemo is one of the most memorable 3D animated movies ever! The heartbreaking scene when a child is gets separated from his father still gives goosebumps to the audience. The film is either for younger, or older generations. PIXAR's movies are always made for all ages and Finding Nemo is no exception.
The motivation that guided me was that it was released in 2003 when I was born. Having grown up while watching this movie is quite sentimental and special to me! I decided to create The Fish Tank because we see most of it during the film and the colour palette is quite rich! There are plenty of Easter Eggs included such as Darla's picture, P. Sherman, 42 Wallaby Way, Sydney mask, DIDN'T BRUSH sign, a diver, and much more! The fish are brick-built, and I tried my best to represent the characters with as much accuracy as possible.
To summarize, Finding Nemo is an amazing Australian-themed movie and I couldn't be more excited to get a small touch on this masterpiece!
