This is a vehicle I built a while ago and rebuilt for Lego Ideas. It is a must-have set for any mad scientist trying to take over a Lego city. It is called the Jackknife because it has almost everything in it. There is a large Hero Factory gun and shield, a circular saw, a pistol, a crowbar, a sword, a trumpet, glow-in-the-dark headlights, and flick missiles.
Minifigures: I have never been satisfied with the driver minifigure. If it is made into a set, it should have the Lego Studios Mad Scientist. I would also like a terrified civilian included.
