I decided Lego City needed it's first factory, and it's a Cookie Factory! The Modular building revolves mainly about a large funnel in which all the conveyors dump their products. For Chocolate Chip Cookies you need: Sugar, Flower, Chocolate, Eggs and Butter. The funnel puts the mixture on a conveyor which sends it through the oven. After they are baked (it's a double conveyor so it looks like the are baked when they come out) the cookies can be sold at the front of the factory or boxed and transported at the rear. The factory has it's own chickencoop at the roof so they have fresh ones every day!
