Bank
This bank would be a great LEGO set because there are not many modular buildings and currently no bank. It would also make a popular addition because it has a different design to the other modular sets, especially inside.
The first floor has three tellers and a safe, with a back door down that corridor. There is a staircase on the front left hand side. The second floor consists of four offices and a small toilet. The third floor has a board room with a large table. There is also staircase which leads up to the roof, which enables easy access. The final level (the roof) has a door at the back and a large sign which clearly shows that it is a bank.
