All aboard The Red Express! I just built this tonight.
The Red Express project is 612 pieces. This set includes a steam locomotive, a tender for it, and a passenger car. Also included are sixteen pieces of curved track, two pieces of straight track, and four minifigures; engineer, two passengers, and a conductor.
You can add Power Functions to this set! To motorize The Red Express, you will need sets 88002, Train Motor; 8884, IR Receiver; and 88000, AAA Battery Box. If you do not have a remote control, get set 8879, IR Speed Remote Control.
