This set is designed to become a new addon of the latest Hogwarts Castle sets. It is made of a central section, the boathouse and the greenhouse. For details about the set follow this link to Eurobricks webpage: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=59397 .
The main section is made of two towers connected by a bridge. The thin tower includes, beginning from the base: the Potion's Master Office, the Prefect's Bathroom and Ravenclaw's Common Room. The wide tower includes the Infirmary and the Divination's Classroom.
The Greenhouse. The black panel has printed some theory about the handling of mandrakes and the sand green heads have printed mandrakes heads.
The Boathouse. The design is almost identical to the original boathouse from the 8th film.
The set is made of 1135 pieces. It would include 9 minifigs, 5 of which would be exclusive to this set: Harry Potter (Gryffindor uniform), Cedric Diggory (Hufflepuff uniform), Cho Chang (Ravenclaw uniform), Sybill Trelawney (updated), Madam Pomfrey, Professor Slughorn, Professor Snape, Lord Voldemort, Dementor.
