Széchenyi Chain Bridge (Budapest)
📜 The Chain Bridge is one of the world-famous symbols of Budapest and Hungary, it was built between 1839 - 1849. The bridge got its name from its initiator, Count István Széchenyi, who proposed the idea of building a permanent stone bridge across the Danube (for his active part in the urban development of Budapest and Hungary, he is often called “the Greatest Hungarian”).
💡 I live in Budapest and when I recently walked across the bridge I had the idea of doing an own LEGO version of it. I hope you will like it!
🧱 I made the model in Bricklink Studio 2.0, and it consists of 2460 total parts (including the minifigure of István Széchenyi).
Thank you for checking out my project!
