The Pirate Inn - Restaurant & Aquarium

Imperial Navy, Pirates and Modular Building Series are among my favorite LEGO themes - so I thought, why not combining them all into one build.

The Pirate Inn - Restaurant and Aquarium is a pirate and imperial navy themed restaurant in the city. It is build on 32 x 32 base plate, and is designed to fit within any modular building series city.

The Pirate Inn can be broadly divided into two halves. The left half of of the building is modelled after an imperial navy fort that sits on top of a rocky cave island, which also houses the main dining area of the restaurant. The fort is built with white stones and bricks; patrons can get to see a real cannon from the 17th century on the third level, as well as to enjoy a rooftop view on the roof level.

The right half of the building features the centerpiece of the Inn - the large two-story seawater aquarium. Patrons can get to see stingray, turtle, and beautiful corals in the aquarium. The first level is modelled after a pirate bay on an island, and also houses the kitchen of the restaurant. The boat at the outdoor pond and garden area is also known to be a famous photo spot for visitors.

Inside the ground floor grand dining hall, patrons can dine while admiring the many pirate themed decorations; the kitchen also has a big seawater aquarium for live seafood!

Mini-figure wise, we have two waiters who dress as imperial navy, a pirate midshipman who attends to the marine life in the aquarium, a pirate captain who is the manager of the inn; and of course a patron who is enjoying a good time!

I thought this would make a great LEGO set - as pirate lover will be able to integrate pirate and imperial theme building with other modern modular buildings. Hope you will like this idea. Thank you for your support!
