LEGO Endangered - Giant Panda

Introducing LEGO Endangered, a creation to help highlight endangered species of animal.

The Giant Panda 

A peaceful creature with a distinctive black and white coat that is adored by the world and considered a national treasure in China.

Protecting Giant pandas from extinction in the wild simply means ensuring they have a home to live in. Without the forests these enigmatic animals will be lost in the wild forever.

Habitat loss is a major factor in the decline of many species across the globe. The forests in the Sichuan Mountains of China offer outstanding habitat for a wide range of wildlife including the Giant Panda.

But the broadleaf forests of Sichuan are threatened mainly through human activities such as illegal logging and harvesting and industrial development.

Through this project I would like to help raise much needed funds for the conservation of these beautiful creatures and help save their habitat.  I would love for one of the large conservation charities to get on board with this project.  

I hope you will help me by registering your support and sharing this Idea with as many people as possible.

I think you'll agree this little Panda would be a very cute addition to anybodies LEGO collection ;-)
