2001 Space Odyssey meets Optional Illusion
2001 space odyssey is one of my favorite movies, so I’ve decided to recreate the movie intro with Lego pieces and my project. It was very entertaining to do this in blender.

How it looks like irl
Here it is in the middle of my two frames.

It’s real
Here’s a quick video of me building this Lego idea into reality.

Same pieces, different illusions
Here are two more illusions that can be done with the same pieces by switching the black and white pieces around.
I've also updated the frame to work on a regular 32x32 baseplate without needing a crazy amount of pieces in the back.

Alt frame 1.0
I've been playing around with the idea of an infinite frame instead of a white frame.
I think the white frame kinda bounds the effect and an infinite frame extends the effect.
Also, I updated the light blue to dark azure since it's a color with more availability (on Bricklink) and replaced the dark blue with black on the bottom la to intensify the illusion effect.
What do you think?
