"Yeah!! This is DJ Professor K, baby, the master of mayhem you know what i'm sayin' bringing you another Tokyo underground pirate radio broadcast from JET SET RADIOOOO!"

So announces Professor K in the intro to Sega's inline-skating, graffiti-spraying hit videogame 'Jet Set Radio' originally released in 2000, is an action game developed by Smilebit and published by Sega for the Dreamcast. The player controls a member of the GGs, a youth gang, as they inline skate around Tokyo streets, subways and skyscrapers, spraying graffiti, challenging rival gangs, attracting new recruits and evading authorities.

'Beat' is the first character the player gets to control as they learn to navigate the Tokyo cityscape and it's various districts.

Jet Set Radio was one of the first mainstream games to use cel-shading, a technique that adds an outline to characters and objects, and produces hard edge shading to give the visuals the look of a live cartoon. This styling combined with the funkiest of sound tracks, helped make the game a huge hit, with a number of sequels and homages being developed after its release.

I would add a sticker or printed piece to Beat's chest to capture the logo on his in-game shirt. It might also be that the set would need another support structure to achieve some of the more dramatic poses!
