This is the second in a series of models based around a single house (a generic mid-west property). Each model is themed on the occupation/hobby of the owner, in this case a train spotter.
The aim of the project is provide a basic house as a starter module, with the various themes just containing the parts necessary to modify the house to the theme. There are currently four themes in all, although I'm adding to them at regular intervals.
I've tried to incorporate Minifigs, Friends and Fabuland figures in each theme as I believe this mixture gives the models a more surreal appearance as well as changing the scale of certain elements.
The final image in the sequence shows the first model in the series The Artist's House.
