Update #2 : Archaeologist and decorative elements

Time is up… Let make a second (and last) update that will complete this project.

I introduce you a new figurine: The archaeologist! Every ancient site is indeed excavated to find vestiges of the past to know how our ancestors lived. We can see him as an adventurer like an Indiana Jones or as a specialist, a lover of old stones and History.

The figurine has accessories: a magnifying glass, to observe the manufacturing details of an object; a camera to inventory the discoveries and finally an antique cup, which certainly comes from the treasure of King Mausolus.

This year, we will celebrate the centenary of the discovery of the famous tomb of Tutankhamun. This figurine can be seen as a tribute to its discoverer – Howard Carter – and more generally to all discoverers, who reveal and have revealed wonders to us.

And there was light. Here are two small columns that will perfectly illuminate the monument…

I would like to thank all my supporters (almost 600!) who believed in my project. Maybe one day an official set will be dedicated to one of the 7 Wonders of the World (why not the Mausoleum for that matter?).

See you next time!

Update #1 : King, Queen and basis

Since almost one year, my project is online. I think it's high time to give you an update. First of all, I would like to thank my 520 supporters:

Thank you very much for your supports!

For this update, I will offer you two minifigures : King Mausolus and his wife Artemisia. The monument is therefore now inhabited.

Also discover the new base, finely cut in the rock! It has a step form and highlights the entrance and the main facade. On the coast, the rough stone is overgrown with vegetation, as if to remind that the (historical) king was never able to see the final result.

Finally, the most magical in this update is the treasure made of gold and diamonds. Will adventurers and looters take it without undergoing the curse of Queen Artemisia of King Mausolus?

As you can see, there are only a few weeks left to lend your support to this project, so don't wait!

I wish you a happy new year and see you next time!
