This grocery store is packed with the smallest of details on the outside, from the vending machine on the street to the water tower on the roof. The grocery store is located on the ground floor and has everything you need to stock your kitchen. There's a freezer section, a bowl of produce, a meat counter, and when you're all done, a checkout counter! 

Office space is above the store with a large table and chairs. An unwanted guest is currently living here, avoiding the mousetrap set out for him. Unwanted employees? There's a breakable window function for them.

After climbing 2 flights of stairs, you will reach an apartment furnished with a kitchenette, a sofa, and a coffee table. A small bathroom with only a toilet and a sink are a downside, but the large sunroom and balcony make up for it.
