This LEGO build is based on the first castle on the left. Matter a fact, the only castle on the left. The Santa’s castle set is from the Rankin Bass special Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. This set includes 2 minifigures; Hermey the Elf and Sam the Snowman. Hermey comes with his dentistry book, and Sam comes with his umbrella. The top half of the set can be removed, revealing the elf’s workshop. This set is made up of 950 pieces.
I made this set because it captures the tradition of watching the Rankin Bass specials every winter season. I believe one special stands out from the rest. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is one of the most popular and recognized Christmas movies of all time, and one of it’s the most iconic buildings is Santa’s Castle. That is why I believe this set would be a great addition to anyone’s holiday and winter collections.
