An Updated Build and Big Steps for the Real-Life Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing

The real-life Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing in Agoura Hills, CA is taking shape, and our LEGO model has been updated to capture even more of this incredible project. As of April 2025, the first layers of soil have been placed on the 210-foot span across the 101 freeway – soil that will nurture and support the tapestry of plants rocks, and wildlife now rendered in LEGO bricks and plates.
Our updated build shows how the land leading up to the crossing will be sculpted around an existing creek bed bordered with protected live oaks, and how it will rise again to enclose a tunnel for the smaller Agoura Road. Real geological strata are shown along the vertical edge of the model, and these are reflected in the different rock types placed on the north and south ends of the crossing - just like in the actual design.
Please vote for the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing and encourage your friends and family to join in; help us to celebrate and spread the word about an exciting milestone for California’s animal and human residents!
